The Plan
This one’s for the GunplaForJoy Colorado Q2 Group Build — and the theme is Delivery Service.
The concept: a Zaku II MS-06S that’s been quietly repurposed as a civilian delivery unit. On the surface, it’s just doing its job — hauling packages, running routes, keeping things moving. But look closer and you’ll see a machine that never really left the battlefield. The pilot is a Zeon veteran who’s biding his time, and this Zaku reflects that energy — professional enough to pass inspection, dangerous enough to win a war.
The build will lean heavily on 30 Minutes Missions option parts for the kitbash:
- Option Parts Set 5 — wing/booster unit for atmospheric flight and package delivery runs
- Option Parts Set 8 — multi-backpack as the primary cargo compartment (and weapons cache)
- Option Parts Set 10 — propellant tanks and boosters for extended range and fuel capacity
The goal is a Zaku that tells a story without saying a word.
Build Log
April 24, 2026
The haul is in. Picked up the HG Zaku II MS-06S along with three 30 Minutes Missions option parts kits to fuel the kitbash — a wing/booster set, a multi-backpack, and a propellant tank kit. The concept is locked in and I’m already seeing how these pieces are going to come together. Time to get to work.
